With the layout of a down-sized 26ft Flybridge Sports Fisherman, the advantage of the new model is its suitability to towing compared to big brother. It also takes on the modern shape of what has come to be recognised from Caribbean's new 32ft model.

The Caribbean 24 FBSF is powered by a single Mercruiser 5.0lt MPI Sterndrive with a fuel capacity of 300lt and a cruise speed of 20 to 25kts.

International Marine said the overall length is just on 7.2m (plus swimming and bow platforms) and a net weight of 2400kg will make it appealing for large 4WD owners. It also boasts an impressive 4.5m squared cockpit, leaving plenty of room for fishing, entertaining or cruising.

Some of the standard features include the flybridge and lower helm control stations with dual-lever gear and throttle controls, 12V reverse anchor winch, dual vee-berths with fill-in cushions, full-flush marine toilet, downstairs dinette table and seating, fully integrated galley with sink and stove, flush mounted cockpit shower in transom panel, two rope lockers on deck and more.

The Caribbean 24FBSF will be released at this month's Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
